Operation Shoebox  NJ was started in 2005 to support our military personnel overseas.  Supplies are donated, organized, and packed to ship to troops in the Middle East.  1000 boxes were packed at the packing event in Hillsborough on December 7.  Each box contained a collection of toiletries and snacks.  Thanks to the many volunteers who came to pack.   Here are a few pictures of the fun…

There is a box in the entryway at Holy Faith if you would like to contribute items for this mission.  Suggested items are Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Suntan Lotion and Individual Size Snacks.  If you would like to be part of the next packing day, it’s at the Manville VFW on Saturday, February 15.  Email us for more info.  Thanks to  our military for their service!
